How does it work?
1) Let your guest pickup the phone
2) They hear a personalised greeting from YOU! (or a generic one if desired)
3) At the tone they get to leave a heart-felt message, re-live your funniest moments together, tell you their favourite part of the evening, leave a message for the future, or even offer some marriage advice!
4) Upon hanging up your message is saved to the phones internal memory
5) After the event we will send you a USB of all your recorded messages in both audio & video format for you to share on social media as you wish or chuckle over on each anniversary with a bottle of wine! Feel free to send us up to 10x digital images if you wish for us to add these to your video file.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the audio guest books require power or wifi?
Power is not essential! The Audio Guest Books have enough battery to last more than 4x days of continuous use. Neon LED signage (where included) can also operated by a battery pack where requested / required. The audio guest books do not require any internet reception or wifi – making them ideal for any location!
Is there a limit on the number of messages that can be left?
The phone contains a SD card with more storage than you could fill in a night. Messages can be as short or long as your guests desire
How will my guests know how to use the audio guest book?
The technology is fully automatic with accompanying signage to help your guests along. It’s as simple as picking up the phone, waiting for the message / tone and simply hanging up once finished
Where’s the best place for the audio guest book?
Just like any telephone conversation – being right next to the DJ booth is not ideal. Audio Guest Books are ideally placed in an area where guests gravitate for a breather (i.e. opposite end to the dance floor, entrance to the venue, venue foyer or even en-route to the bathrooms – just think of somewhere where everyone will be forced to pass it at some point in the evening!)
How do I record my personalised message?
Your booking confirmation email will contain instructions on how to send us a personalised recorded message (or opt for a generic one!)
How will I receive the recorded messages?
We will collate your recorded messages into an audio & video file and dispatch to your mailing address within 7x days of your event. Messages are delivered in MP3 (Audio) and MP4 (Video) formats. In addition you are also welcome to email us up to 10x digital images for integration into your video. From here you can rack open a bottle of wine, share some laughs or post to your own social media as you wish for all to enjoy!
