Our bar systems aim to bring you an all-inclusive experience (including complimentary glassware hire!*) that is tailored to the tastes of every guest. The options for beverages on tap are near endless, whilst the savings made on kegged beverages will often place the hire of our bar systems as cost-neutral in factoring in the savings from unnecessary bottling overheads. Subject to your selected bar configuration, hidden behind the sleek and stylish bar itself are high quality commercial kegerator systems. Twin energy-efficient fan-forced keg refrigerators with digital thermometer controls will pre-set your beverages at the best temperature for maximum quality pouring. A variable range of -5 to 28 degrees celsius allows us to offer tap dispensing for ANY beverage where desired - whether it be the more traditional beer, cocktail mixes, soft drink or even sparking water! The bar is complimented by soft LED under-lighting, ice crates (for storage of bottled pre-mixes, wine and soft drinks etc as desired), an array of glassware and enviro-friendly plasticware options, and a range of available extras including bar tables and stools, illuminated nature wall backdrop, gas heaters, festoon lighting and bar staff hire.

Both Bars are complimented by a polished timber bar top, and modernistic side panelling with integrated colour-programmable under-lighting. The bars measure 220cm in width, 60cm in depth and sit at 90cm height - discretely housing refrigeration, gas and beverage plumbing equipment that's tailored to your events requirements.

Every Bar as standard includes delivery, installation run-through & recollection within 40km of the CBD, 2x 70L ice buckets and 6x bags of ice to get you started, fillable water bottles for the bar, a spill kit, an initial glassware supply (as listed in available packages below), all gas / beverage plumbing lines & connectors and electrical leads.

Have one of our RSA accredited bar tenders (4x hours included) pour your self-purchased beer, wine, sparkling, basic spirit mixer & non-alcoholic beverages. Includes complimentary 100 pieces of glassware of choice*, a 6ft trestle table with black scrim cover (for increased staff working space), ice bucket, on-tap serving / menu signs & bar tender equipment (wine / spirit measures, rapid pour spirit bottle tops & ice scoops for staff use), and all base inclusions above.

Let 2x RSA accredited mixologists (4x hours included) serve all your beverages including up to 3x cocktails of choice. Includes non-alcoholic mixers & pre-prepared garnishes of choice for the first 100 cocktails total (you just supply the alcohol - see below), complimentary 150 pieces of glassware of choice*, a 6ft trestle table with black scrim cover (for increased staff working space), ice bucket, on-tap serving / bar menu signs & bar tender equipment (wine / spirit measures, cocktail shakers, rapid pour spirit bottle tops & ice scoops for staff use), and all base inclusions above.

*FOR EVENTS WITH UNDER 25 GUESTS ONLY: We are happy to accommodate a tailored Mixology Service with only 1x Mixologist for +$450


*Complimentary glassware inclusions are restricted to maximum of 25 Martini Glasses (premium product) for our DIY & Be Our Guest Packages, or 50 Martini Glasses for the Mixology Package. Additional Martini Glasses are invoiced at $0.95 / piece. A $150.00 refundable security bond applies to all bar bookings. Glass breakages charged at replacement cost ($3.00 - $6.00 dependant on glass).Please note that included staff are only able to collect, wash & re-supply glassware where time permits & commercial rapid washing facilities are available. Step 4 - Choose Your Beverages

As our venue changes with every event we are unable to sell you alcohol directly in accordance with WA Liquor Licensing restrictions. Instead we've partnered with WA Liquor Wholesalers (trading as OP's Tavern, Osborne Park) to offer you great pricing on keg purchases. You can view the keg beer (and even kegged cocktails!) range and pricing HERE. After placing a bar booking with us we will put you in touch with our supplier (if desired) so you can order and pay them directly - offering you peace of mind knowing that you are getting the best price and value for money (the law prohibits us from making commission on this!). We will collect and pre-chill all kegs and other alcohol purchases made through them at no charge before your event.  Alternatively, Tailored Bars also offer Kegs of Mixers & Soft Drinks - offering great aesthetic appeal when tap-poured, whether our staff are pouring it or your guests are serving themselves.

For our Mixology Packages we provide all the garnishes and mixers for the first 100 x cocktails. Additional pre-prepared (cut / squeezed / dehydrated etc) garnishes and mixers are available at $1.20 / drink. You can view our recommended signature cocktail range HERE so you can get an idea of exactly what liquor requires purchasing, their average retail prices, together with how many cocktails the bottle will produce. Alternatively we can mix-up any of your favourite cocktails subject to prior negotiation (to ensure availability of seasonal ingredients that's budgeted into our package / service delivery).
