We are pleased to offer a range of pop-up bars & our ALL NEW Caravan Bar, with upgrades that allow you to tailor your package based on beverage offerings and attendee numbers. Best of all - we are a dry hire company - meaning you can source all the alcohol yourself and secure it at the best available price without the need of paying inflated 'free flow' prices on a 'per head' basis. Let us take care of your full event by complimenting your booking with a Champagne Tower, Furniture Hire, DJ Entertainment, Audio & Lighting Hire, Festoon Lighting, Gas Heaters & more.
To assist in calculating staffing requirements our pre-set packages are configured based on guest numbers. The package selected must be reflective of your maximum expected attendee numbers to ensure that we can deliver a consistently high service standard.

Choose between a stunning White Hampton or Black Luxe Bar with integrated LED Lighting & under-storage. Includes all bar and serving equipment: including 2x 70L ice tubs, an initial supply of 100x pieces of glassware, champagne bowl, fillable water bottles for the bar, beverage napkins, bio straws, on-tap pouring signs (where keg taps added), a spill kit for any accidents, and delivery (with next day collection for DIY bars) within 40km of the CBD.

Have our staff pour your self-purchased beer, wine, sparkling, basic spirit mixers & non-alcoholic beverages. All packages include all bar and staff equipment including: 2x 70L ice tubs, all required ice and glassware, ice bucket & scoops, champagne bowl, wine / spirit measures, rapid-pour spirit tops, fillable water bottles for the bar, beverage napkins, bio straws, printed menu (where requested), on-tap pouring signs (where keg taps added), an additional trestle table with black scrim cover for additional staff working space, & a spill kit for any accidents. This service also includes eligible waste removal under our Containers for Change Charity Support Initiative, and delivery within 40km of the CBD. Party Late (Next Day Pickup):
For staffed packages, let our staff lay out remaining beverages for guest self-pour before our team return the next day for re-collection. For Caravan Bar Hires, beverages will be placed in front of the serving window - the caravan is locked and is unable to be accessed. NB: A repeat delivery surcharge applies for events beyond 40km of the CBD:

Alcohol Collection Service:
Let us collect your alcohol from your residential address (within 40km of the Perth CBD), or as a Click & Collect order from Dan Murphy's (Carine Store Only) as an authorised agent in the week before your event & deliver is straight to the venue. We are unfortunately unable to facilitate any alcohol returns - you must do this and present the card used to purchase. NB: our keg collection & return service is complimentary if ordering kegs from our preferred supplier - Liquor Barons Wembley Downs)

Site Visit or eConsultation:
We service many venues across Perth and the south-west, and easily adapt to working in different backyards each weekend. With our streamlined processes (including email comms / planning emails & phone support) we don't require any site visits or meetings in advance, although if required we can accomodate this (subject to availability) in the Perth metro area:

Secondary Bar Setup:
Ideal for where serving pre or post ceremony drinks are being served in another nearby location. Staff will then move the drinks crates (to minimise wastage) and equipment at a specified time - allow 5-10 minute minor interruption to service. NB: additional glassware may be required as guests are more inclined to place their glassware down when moving between locations. Discounted price only applicable to serviced (staffed) bar packages.
